Follow my transformation!

My goals:

  • General: Build more muscle
  • Be able to do bouldering by August (for more the 2 minutes haha)
  • Kayak for an hour straight
  • Run 25 miles by Jan 4 2016
  • Bike 50 miles by Jan 4 2016
  • 10 unassisted pullups by Dec 31 2015
  • 25 perfect form pushups by Dec 31 2015
  • Single leg splits by Dec 31 2015
  • handstand (unassisted) by Dec 31 2015
